12月26日，青岛市住房和城乡建设局发布关于2025年第十一轮房屋建筑和市政公用工程工地扬尘治理巡查情况的通报。
本项目旨在解决张村河生态公园的停车配套问题。建设内容为地下一层停车库，总建筑面积21208.93平方米。其中，地上建筑面积1222.43平方米，地下建筑面积19986.50平方米，配建地下机动车停车位510个。
