12月30日，奥瑞金（002701）发布公告，公司董事会收到非独立董事秦锋因个人工作调整原因提交的辞职报告，秦锋辞去公司第五届董事会非独立董事职务。
此外，公司于2025年12月30日召开职工代表大会，选举张丽娜担任公司第五届董事会职工代表董事，任期至董事会届满。
2025年前三季度，奥瑞金实现收入183.46亿元，归母净利润10.76亿元。
