12月30日，宁沪高速（600377/00177）发布公告，拟向控股子公司江苏丹金高速公路有限公司进行增资，增资金额为1.28亿元。此次增资旨在支持丹金项目的实施，该项目是苏南高速路网的重要组成部分，将进一步增强公司的市场地位。
2025年前三季度，宁沪高速实现收入129.81亿元，归母净利润38.37亿元。
