中央农村工作会议12月29日至30日在北京召开。会议强调，要进一步深化农村改革，全面开展第二轮土地承包到期后，再延长三十年整省试点。
此前，第二轮土地承包到期后再延长30年试点已覆盖7个整省、221个整县、349个整乡镇，绝大多数承包到期农户原有承包地继续稳定、顺利延包。
