【美国ITC正式对DRAM设备及其下游产品和组件启动337调查 三星、谷歌等为列名被告】财联社12月30日电，据中国贸易救济信息网，12月29日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定动态随机存取存储器（DRAM）设备及其下游产品和组件启动337调查。韩国Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Suwon, Republic of Korea、美国Samsung Electronics America, Inc., Plano, Texas、美国Samsung Semiconductor, Inc., Plano, Texas、美国Google LLC, Mountain View, California、美国Super Micro Computer, Inc., San Jose, California为列名被告。
