12月30日，紫金银行（601860）发布公告，本行2025年二级资本债券已于全国银行间债券市场发行完毕。
本期债券发行规模为20亿元，品种为10年期固定利率债券，票面利率为2.7%，并在第5年末附有条件的发行人赎回权。募集的资金将用于补充公司的二级资本。
