格隆汇12月30日丨精锋医疗-B(02675.HK)发布公告，公司拟全球发售2772.22万股H股，中国香港发售股份277.23万股，国际发售股份2494.99万股(以上可予重新分配及视乎超额配股权行使与否而定)；2025年12月30日至2026年1月5日招股；发售价将为每股发售股份43.24港元，H股的每手买卖单位将为100股，摩根士丹利及广发证券为联席保荐人；预期股份将于2026年1月8日开始在联交所买卖。
