12月29日，优必选（09880.HK）公告，公司董事会主席、执行董事兼首席执行官周剑承诺，自2025年12月29日起12个月内，其将不以任何方式减持其个人持有的本公司70,574,350股H股。
公告称，上述事宜不会对集团运营有任何重大不利影响。
