北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）12月29日，苏州农商行发布公告称，该行第七届董事会第十二次临时会议于12月29日召开，会议审议并表决通过了《关于吸收合并江苏张家港渝农商村镇银行股份有限公司并设立分支机构的议案》，据悉，该议案尚需提交苏州农商行股东会审议。
