格隆汇12月29日丨渤海银行(09668.HK)公告，本行于近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于渤海银行修改公司章程的批覆》(金覆[2025]745号)。根据有关规定，国家金融监督管理总局已核准本行修改后的公司章程，自2025年12月19日生效。于修订后的公司章程生效之日起，本行不再设立监事会。
