财联社12月29日电，浩通科技(301026.SZ)公告称，公司于2024年2月回购了98万股股份，现计划在未来6个月内通过集中竞价方式出售这些股份，用于补充公司流动资金。预计此次出售不会导致公司控制权变化，也不会影响公司总股本。出售完成后，公司回购专用证券账户将无剩余股份。
