12月27日，华夏银行发布公告称，公司近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于方宜华夏银行首席风险官任职资格的批复》（金复〔2025〕749号）。国家金融监督管理总局已核准方宜担任本行首席风险官的任职资格。方宜担任本行首席风险官的任期自核准日2025年12月22日起生效，至本行第九届董事会届满之日止。
