杭州热电12月29日公告，拟与上海伊泰申浦能源有限公司签订2026年至2028年三年期煤炭购销合同，合同总量为900万吨，每年300万吨，合同兑现量为合同数量的80%-120%。合同价格将参照5500大卡、5000大卡和4500大卡三个规格品的市场价格确定。
