截至12月26日，全国瘦肉型白条猪肉市场均价15.21元/公斤，较上一工作日上涨0.03元/公斤，今日北方部分省份较上周五上涨0.8-1.0元/公斤。临近月底，养殖端出栏量缩减，散户惜售，生猪屠宰企业收购难度较大，白条供应收紧，叠加看涨情绪浓厚，预计今日白条价格继续上涨。
