12月29日早间，中原建业在港交所公告，胡冰因家庭原因已辞任执行董事，及公司于香港联交所证券上市规则第3.05条项下的授权代表，均自2025年12月25日起生效。公司现正按照上市规则规定于切实可行情况下尽快物色适当的候选人填补授权代表的空缺，确保公司遵守上市规则第3.05条。
