12月28日，金城医药（300233）发布公告，控股子公司金城金素及其全资子公司榄都药业近期收到税务局下发的《税务处理决定书》，需补缴税款及滞纳金共计2160万元。截至公告披露日，相关税款及滞纳金已缴纳完毕，本次补缴不涉及行政处罚。
2025年前三季度，金城医药实现收入19.32亿元，归母净利润3158万元。
