12月28日，中超控股（002471）发布公告，公司对合并报表范围内的涉税事项进行了自查，发现应补缴税款及滞纳金合计829万元，其中补缴税款572万元，滞纳金256万元。截至公告披露日，上述税款及滞纳金已缴纳完毕，并且本次补缴不涉及行政处罚。
2025年前三季度，中超控股实现收入38.46亿元，归母净利润-2498万元。
