财联社12月26日电，兴通股份(603209.SH)公告称，为为推进绿色低碳转型发展战略，进一步调整优化运力结构，公司拟向MH MARINE PTE.LTD.出售老旧船舶“兴通89”轮，交易金额为495万美元，折合人民币约3482.72万元。
