据韩国《首尔经济日报》援引未具名行业消息人士报道，三星电子将在韩国平泽园区量产 HBM4，SK 海力士则于旗下 M16 工厂启动量产，两者均计划于 2026 年 2 月投产。该款 HBM4 将用于英伟达下一代人工智能芯片 “Rubin”。SK 海力士已于 2025 年 3 月向英伟达交付 HBM4 样品，并于 9 月搭建完成量产体系。
