中超控股公告称，公司副董事长、总经理刘广忠拟向全资孙公司冲超电缆提供950万元资金支持；中超电缆董事长俞雷拟向中超电缆提供950万元资金支持，构成关联交易。截至公告披露日，刘广忠持股75万股，占比0.05%；俞雷持股26万股，占比0.02%。借款年利率参照最新一年期LPR，临时性借款利率按年化4%执行，无需担保。冲超电缆、中超电缆将在提款时签订借款协议。
