根据国家金融监督管理总局陕西监管局在2025年12月25日发布的行政处罚信息公示表，陕西凯森保险代理有限公司西安分公司因销售误导行为被处以24万元罚款。
同时，王秋婷（时任陕西凯森保险代理有限公司西安分公司兼第三分公司主要负责人）也因同样的销售误导行为受到警告，并处以7万元罚款。
