12月24日，索尔黄金（SolGold）与江西铜业（香港）投资有限公司（JCHK）宣布，双方已就全现金收购索尔黄金全部已发行及将发行普通股本的条款达成协议。根据收购条款，索尔黄金股东有权获得每股28便士现金，现金对价使索尔黄金全部已发行及将发行股本估值约达8.67亿英镑。
索尔黄金是一家矿产勘探及开发公司，总部位于澳大利亚珀斯，核心资产为位于厄瓜多尔的Cascabel项目100%股权。
