格隆汇12月24日丨飞乐音响(600651.SH)公布，根据《国家税务总局上海市徐汇区税务局税务事项通知书》的批复，核准减免上海工业自动化仪表研究院有限公司房产税，减征幅度为100%，减征期间为2024年1月1日至2024年12月31日。自仪院于2025年12月24日收到2024年度房产税退税款项811.50万元，占公司最近一个会计年度经审计归属于上市公司股东净利润的20.56%。
