彩星玩具(0869.HK)盘初大跌超15%，至0.43港元，股价创2023年4月以来新低。消息面上，公司昨晚公告，已合作37年的“忍者龟”特许权协议自2027年起不再续期。忍者龟产品曾是彩星玩具主要收入来源。彩星玩具在公告中表示，截至2021年12月31日、2022年12月31日、2023年12月31日，忍者龟产品销售收入占集团综合收入从8%上升到77%。截至2024年12月31日及2025年6月30日，忍者龟产品销售收入占集团综合收入比开始下降，分别是47%和36%。
