本报北京12月23日电 (记者王洲)北京市公安局交通管理局23日正式发放L3级高速公路自动驾驶车辆专用号牌，成为全国首批发放该专用号牌的城市之一。L3级(有条件自动驾驶)系统可在限定条件下执行动态驾驶任务，但需驾驶人作为接管后援。此次上牌的3辆车可实现高速公路和城市快速路单车道内最高时速80公里的自动驾驶功能。
