龙湖地产代建花山河南岸综合体项目！
近日，湖北联投官宣花山河南岸综合体项目（P（2022）137号地块）将由龙湖地产代建。
11月初，就有消息，武汉一批项目计划引入民间资本参与投资建设运营。其中，东湖高新花山河南岸综合体项目，拟引入民间资本方式为民资参股。该项目规划建筑总面积为41.5万平方米，住宅32.89万平方米、商务及商业7.11万平方米、文化设施1.5万平方米。
