12月23日，金科环境（688466）发布公告，控股子公司原平中荷水务有限公司将在2023年至2027年期间，累计向武汉大学教育发展基金会捐赠1000万元设立“张蔚榛奖学金”。
此次捐赠是为了激励水利学子，并由于公司董事长、总经理张慧春被武汉大学聘任为董事，因此认定武汉大学为公司关联方，确认该捐赠事项为关联交易。
2025年前三季度，金科环境实现收入3.95亿元，归母净利润4021万元。
