当地时间12月23日，以色列国防部长卡茨表示，时机成熟时，以色列将在加沙地带北部建立新的“前哨站”，并表示以军将继续在“巴勒斯坦武装与以色列居民之间形成隔离带”。
卡茨在讲话中表示，以色列国防军目前“深入加沙地带内部”，并强调以色列“绝不会完全撤出加沙”。
卡茨还提到约旦河西岸地区，表示以军正在与相关政府部门合作建设新的犹太人定居点和前哨。（央视新闻）
