12月22日上午，金东区政务服务中心新址开始试运行。据悉，区政务服务中心进行了全面的智能化改造升级，引入AI引导数字人、自主导航机器人等智能服务，实现从咨询取号到业务办理的全流程智能化，推动“群众少跑腿、数据多跑路”再升级，以智慧政务打造更优营商环境。
