北京商报讯（记者 陶凤 王悦彤） 12月22日，双汇发展发布公告，公司于2025 年12月20日召开职工代表大会，选举胡育红为职工代表董事，与公司第九届董事会任期一致。公告显示，胡育红，曾任公司监事，现任公司审计中心主任、职工代表董事，亦担任公司若干附属公司或联营公司监事。
