12月22日，万年青（000789）发布公告，李世锋因工作调整辞去公司董事及总经理职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。截至公告披露日，李世锋未持有公司股份。
此外，公司董事会同意由董事长陈文胜代行总经理职责，期限至聘任总经理之日止。
2025年前三季度，万年青实现收入33.28亿元，归母净利润749万元。
