南极活动与环境保护法草案12月22日提请十四届全国人大常委会第十九次会议首次审议。制定南极活动与环境保护法，公众关注的南极科研、旅游、渔业等活动有望得到更好的协调、管理和规范，也将为我国参与南极全球治理提供有力法治支撑。
