12月19日，吉祥航空（603885）发布公告，控股股东均瑶集团将其持有的1250万股办理质押，占其所持股份的1.29%及公司总股本的0.57%；截至公告披露日，均瑶集团累计质押股份为7.01亿股，占其所持股份的72.13%及公司总股本的32.10%。
2025年前三季度，吉祥航空实现收入174.80亿元，归母净利润10.89亿元。
