根据国家金融监督管理总局大连监管局在2025年12月19日发布的行政处罚信息公开表，中国人民财产保险股份有限公司大连市中山支公司因虚构保险中介业务被责令改正，并处以罚款25万元。
同时，中山支公司经理总经理张建敏也因同样的违规行为受到7万元处罚，并被责令改正、警告。
