华业香料（300886）发布公告，公司于2025年12月18日召开第五届董事会第十一次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任高铭为公司副总经理的议案》。高铭的任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
高铭具有南京大学博士研究生学历，曾任南京大学化学化工学院特任副研究员，现任公司分管研发中心的副总经理。
2025年前三季度，华业香料实现收入2.73亿元，归母净利润2484万元。
