康佳集团公告称，公司此前决定向控股股东磐石润创进行不超50亿元的永续债权融资。近日，公司与磐石润创正式签署《永续债权协议》，50亿元永续债融资已到账。该永续债无固定期限，年化利率为一年期LPR，按年付息，公司享有利息递延支付权利。协议已生效，此次融资可改善公司资本结构，降低资产负债率。
