国新能源（600617）发布公告，董事贾晨菲因个人原因申请辞去公司第十一届董事会董事职务，辞职报告自2025年12月18日起生效。贾晨菲的原定任期到期日为2028年5月6日，辞职后不再担任公司及其控股子公司的任何职务。
2025年前三季度，国新能源实现收入114.65亿元，归母净利润-922万元。
