日本东证 Growth 上市公司 TORICO（运营“漫画全巻ドットコム”等）宣布与 Web3 游戏平台公司 Mint Town 签署资本业务合作协议，并拟向 Mint Town 运营的基金等定向融资约 4.7 亿日元，称将把募集资金全额用于购买以太坊（ETH）。交易完成后，Mint Town 相关投资基金将成为 TORICO 第一大股东（表决权比例约 23.36%）（CoinDesk JAPAN）
