生态价值也能用来贷款了。12月16日，延安南沟门水库以科学核算的水生态产品价值为质押，成功获得兴业银行1000万元贷款。这也是黄河流域首笔落地实发的水生态产品价值质押贷款，为“绿水青山”向“金山银山”转化提供了创新实践。
