12月17日，第二十七届哈尔滨冰雪大世界正式开园。园区占地面积达120万平方米，总用冰用雪量突破40万立方米，规模创历届之最。冰天雪地也是金山银山，黑龙江哈尔滨市坚持把发展冰雪经济作为新增长点，冰雪“冷”资源持续释放经济“热”效应。
