北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 王悦彤） 12月17日，天邦食品发布公告称，公司非独立董事梁星晖因个人家庭原因，辞去公司非独立董事及提名委员会委员职务。辞职后，梁星晖不再在本公司担任职务。同时，经公司职工代表大会决议，选举李永红为第九届董事会职工代表董事。
