12月17日，速腾聚创就起诉灵明光子一事表示，关于技术秘密侵权，公司已完成深入调查与专业取证。目前提起的技术秘密侵权及发明专利侵权两起诉讼已获立案，另有一件专利侵权诉讼正在立案过程中。并就对方后续相关言论行为追加了商业诋毁诉讼。
