新京报贝壳财经讯 12月16日，士兰微发布公告称，士兰集华“12英寸高端模拟集成电路芯片制造生产线项目（一期）”已于近日取得《厦门市企业投资项目备案证明（内资）》。一期项目投资100亿元，其中资本金60.10亿元，建成后形成月产能2万片。
