香格里拉集团宣布蔡志伟将专任集团首席投资官一职，同时继续担任公司执行董事。集团亦宣布委任赵汝泉为集团首席财务官及执行董事，并加入执行委员会。上述任命将自2026年3月30日起生效。
为进一步推动集团的战略性增长及卓越运营，香格里拉强化其领导架构，以支持新业务领域的拓展，同时持续优化现有酒店及资产组合。
