12月18日，海南自贸港将正式启动全岛封关运作。国务院台办发言人朱凤莲17日在例行新闻发布会上答问表示，一系列涉及贸易自由、投资便利、金融开放等方面的创新举措，将给台商台企带来更多机遇和利好。台商台企可依托自贸港制度型开放优势，在海南拓展新空间、实现新发展，更好地融入国家发展新格局，共享自贸港发展新机遇。（记者赵博、李妍）
