12月16日晚，海南三亚市公安局吉阳分局发布警情通报：
2025年12月16日凌晨，我市某夜宵店内发生一起寻衅滋事案件。违法行为人邱某辉（男，43岁）要求与在店内就餐但素不相识的张女士一起喝酒，遭到拒绝后对张女士进行言语辱骂、推搡，致使张女士身上多处轻微挫伤。
目前，公安机关已依法对邱某辉处以行政拘留15日处罚。
