12月11日晚，淄博本土上市药企金城医药(300233.SZ)发布公告称，董事长赵叶青收到中国证监会《行政处罚决定书》，其辞去公司董事长职务。
赵叶青曾主导一场横跨2年半时间的股票操纵案，只是其动用104个账户的违法操作最终不仅未获分文收益，反而亏损超700万元，赵叶青本人更被处以150万元罚款及4年市场禁入。
