本田12月16日宣布，将收购日立持有的Astemo公司21%股份，使Astemo成为本田的合并子公司。收购后，本田持股61%、日立持股19%、JICC持股20%。本次股份收购计划于2026年4月1日开始的财年第一季度执行。本田称，作为控股公司，将引领Astemo发展成为全球供应商，同时继续推进其首次公开募股事宜。（智通财经）
