格隆汇12月16日丨保利联合(002037.SZ)公布，公司董事会于近日收到公司独立董事王宏前先生提交的辞职报告。因连续任职时间满六年，王宏前先生申请辞去公司第七届董事会独立董事、董事会下属提名委员会召集人及风控与审计委员会委员职务。辞职后亦不再担任公司其他任何职务。
