12月16日，永新股份（002014）发布公告，持股5%以上股东奥瑞金（002701）拟以其持有的部分公司股票为标的非公开发行可交换公司债券事项，已获得深圳证券交易所出具的无异议函。
深圳证券交易所确认对奥瑞金发行面值不超过3.5亿元的奥瑞金2025年面向专业投资者非公开发行可交换公司债券无异议。
截至目前，奥瑞金持有公司股份1.36亿股，占公司总股本的22.20%。
2025年前三季度，永新股份实现收入27.06亿元，归母净利润3.09亿元。
